Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment, you may transfer your deposit to a new date one time. After you select your new date, you’ll need to re-book and pay a new deposit, which I will combine with the original deposit.

 

There is a strict 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, there will be a charge of $1.00 for each minute you are late. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll need to reschedule.

 

Please keep in mind that arriving late can disrupt my schedule, and if your appointment overlaps with another client, I will need to start with them immediately. 

 

I ask for your respect and positive energy during our interactions. Any disrespectful behavior, whether in person or over the phone, will result in the cancellation of your appointment and a decline of future services.

 

Payments are cash only. If you need to use a card, a fee based on your total will be added. To avoid any disputes regarding card transactions, contracts for the remaining balance will need to be signed.
