Cancellations

Returns & Refunds - No Return, No Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all hair/hair product sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy. This applies to all human hair, virgin hair, synthetic hair (which we do not sell), wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and hair extensions.
